you can donate and help OUR Church Ministries to the lost hmong people

You are proclaiming the saving gospel of Christ to the "Lost Hmong people" through your supports:

“Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age’” (Matthew 28:18-20).

Is the Hmong ministry important? Yes, it is! Hmong people do not know of a Savior, nor what this Savior has done.  They believe as did their ancestors "That all Hmong People go to hell when they die."  It is easy to understand why all the crying and carrying on when a Hmong person dies.  What a wonderful message we have for them as also for the entire world. BUT, "how can they hear unless they are told." To support this ministry, please sent your support to Grace Hmong Ev. Lutheran Church.

Hmong Bible translation project:

Grace Hmong dream and goal is that we wish to see our ministry and churches to have the correct and proper Bible for the WELS Hmong ministry.

To teach and preach the Gospel to any language in the world, we must have the proper and correct Bible of their language to teach them and for them to read and study.  The Hmong ministry and churches have been existed and operated in the WELS for the past decades, however, we NEVER had a correct and proper Hmong Bible for the WELS Hmong ministry and for the members. Therefore, there are challenges, impact and negative effects for us daily.  The challenges are:

  • we only use the Reformed Hmong Bible(s), which contains many errors. Perhaps, you could imagine that no matter how much we teach the truth according to WELS’ doctrine, as long as they still have the Reformed Hmong Bible(s) that contains errors, then, our teaching would not do much good because when they read, they would still pick up and remember the error from there anyhow.

  • As WELS Hmong pastors and missionaries have experienced, when we go proclaim the Gospel to others Hmong whether in the US or abroad, and when there is WELS churches are established at home or overseas, the people would normally ask that if you are not Reformed, “Do you have your own Bible of your denomination? If you still use the Reformed Hmong Bible(s), that means you are no different from them.

  • Another question the Hmong people normally asked is, if you want us to be able to follow your teaching or doctrine, you need to provide the proper Bible and materials and doctrine for us, otherwise, we would only go and use whatever the Reformed have out there. But if we do that, the Hmong people or (members) would get confused because of doctrines differences and lack of good sources of materials.”

Therefore, Grace would like to ask for your support to accomplish this priority project for the lost Hmong people to be able to understand WELS' doctrine and teaching.  If you can help to support this project please contact grace, the contact information is below.  God bless you!   To God alone be the glory....
